Refund policy

This store is operated by KARAMI BADR LLC, trading as Bumper Wag.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. You do not need to return the item.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, has not been mounted, and is in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not refundable. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Once the adhesive has been applied, the item can no longer be returned for a change of mind, but defective items are still covered as described above.

How to start a return

Email us at support@bumperwag.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, because returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards are not returnable. All other items are covered by the policy above, including items purchased on sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. For defective or incorrect items, we will send a replacement directly.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

If your order is shipped to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with local consumer law. The item must be returned in its original condition. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
