Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email when it is dispatched.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 8 days on average.
- Most countries: 5 to 8 days
- Some countries: 3 to 6 days
- Some countries: 6 to 10 days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs processing, holidays, or events outside our control.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email address you used at checkout. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show updates after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or taxes that your country may charge on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
- If your tracking shows no movement, or your order has not arrived 10 days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund your order.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
